Do you Deliver. And does it cost extra?
Yes, we deliver and set up your trailer at your event location. Delivery fees depend on the distance from our base in Los Angeles/Inland Empire. Local deliveries are often included, while locations farther out may have a small additional travel fee. We’ll include all delivery costs clearly in your quote, no surprises.
How many units do I need for my event?
For most events, one two-stall luxury trailer comfortably serves up to 100 guests for a 4–6 hour event. If your guest count is higher, your event runs all day, or alcohol is being served (which typically increases restroom use), we may recommend additional units or servicing to keep things smooth. Our team can help you calculate the perfect setup for your event.
How long can we use the trailer before it needs to be cleaned or serviced?
Our two-stall luxury trailers can comfortably operate up to one week before needing a service, depending on usage and guest volume. For multi-day events or long-term rentals, we offer scheduled servicing to keep everything clean, stocked, and fully functional.
What areas do you service?
We currently service Los Angeles and the Inland Empire, with delivery options available for surrounding areas. If you’re not sure whether we can reach you, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Can the restrooms be used for overnight or multi-day events?
Yes! We offer flexible rental periods, including overnight and multi-day options. We can also provide servicing for longer events to keep everything fresh and functional.
What happens if there’s an issue during my event?
Our team is on call during your rental period. If anything comes up, just give us a quick call and we’ll resolve it ASAP so the party doesn’t miss a beat.
Do I need a power or water hookup?
Our luxury restroom trailers can be fully self-contained, but access to a standard 110v outlet and a garden hose connection is ideal for optimal comfort and continuous service.
Do I need insurance to rent a trailer?
In most cases, no special insurance is required for standard single-day or weekend rentals—we’re fully insured and handle liability on our end. However, for large events, festivals, or extended rentals, some venues or municipalities may require you (the renter) to provide a certificate of insurance naming the trailer as part of your event coverage. If that’s the case, we can guide you through the simple steps to get it.
How clean are the units?
Spotless. Each unit is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and stocked before every event. We treat every delivery like it’s a red-carpet experience.
Do you provide attendants during events?
Absolutely. For premium events, you can hire on-site restroom attendants to maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and keep things running smoothly throughout your event.
